The Ultimate Fighter is a franchise that has a long history of showing off who will be the next great fighters in the UFC, and season 23 was no exception. This was the first season with both men and women on the same team. The coaches were former opponents and brought real-world friction on to the set. Joanna Jędrzejczyk and Cláudia Gadelha were the 115lb title fighters and coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 23, and their genuine dislike for each other was palpable, not just on the show but behind the scenes as well.
